Amber Call isn’t just about numbers—she’s about making numbers work for you. As the Bookkeeping Director at Purple Sapphire Business Solutions and a Certified Professional Business & Entrepreneurship Coach, she supports experience-driven and tourism-based businesses through bookkeeping, controller-level oversight, and strategic advisory.
Amber works at the intersection of accurate bookkeeping and business advisory. She helps business owners understand what their numbers are actually telling them—how seasonal revenue, cash flow timing, pricing decisions, and operating structure impact the business—so they can make informed, confident decisions.
Her advisory work naturally aligns with her role as a business coach. She doesn’t just deliver reports; she helps owners understand the data, identify risks and opportunities, and take practical next steps that support sustainable growth. The focus is clarity, control, and strategy—not financial product advice.
As a homeschooling mom of six, Amber lives inside complex systems every day. She knows that strong structure creates freedom, and she brings that same grounded, systems-first approach to helping Experience Makers build financial frameworks that run quietly in the background.

Hi, I’m Jana! I’m a tax preparer here at Purple Sapphire, and I’m all about helping families and small businesses make sense of their taxes—with as little stress as possible.
I grew up on a farm in Oklahoma, where I learned the value of hard work and organization. After serving in the Army and learning the importance of attention to detail, I discovered my passion for helping others tackle challenges head-on—like navigating tax season.
Now, I live in Michigan with my husband and our six amazing kids, balancing family life with my commitment to making taxes easier for my clients.
At Purple Sapphire, I love working with people who wear many hats, whether you’re running a small business, managing a busy household, or both. My goal is to help you feel confident about your taxes so you can focus on the things that matter most to you. Let’s team up and make tax season a win!

Hey, I'm Angela!
Angela Hodge is a dedicated bookkeeper and tax professional with over a decade of experience helping individuals and businesses navigate their financial paths.
She began preparing individual tax returns in 2011 and, recognizing a strong need for quality business recordkeeping, expanded her expertise into bookkeeping in 2019.
Angela sharpened her tax skills through continued education, enabling her to confidently handle partnership and other business type returns. Her bookkeeping foundation was built through Ben Robinson’s Bookkeeper Launch course, which launched her into what she proudly calls the best career of her life.
Angela approaches each client project with full focus and care—never as "one of many," but as the one that deserves her best. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and deep commitment to client satisfaction, she ensures every number is accurate and every client feels seen.
Outside the office, Angela enjoys life with her husband, their four grown children, and a house full of joy—thanks to their grandchildren, three dogs, and a cat inherited from her father. A creative at heart, she spends her free time making art journals, digital creations, and exploring new artistic mediums like decoupage.

He is also passionate about mentoring junior staff and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. Vishal earned his education from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in Canada. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and is a devoted fan of the Indian Cricket Team and the Edmonton Oilers.
